Requirement: Lexis Nexis is the legal publishing division of Reed Elsevier with a turnover exceeding £200m a year in the UK. The leading player in the sector, they were looking to manage print attrition and decline as the legal world moved more online.

Outcome: A comprehensive approach to re-engaging with the book trade combined with a new approach to product commissioning and other solutions for specialist titles led to the business re-engaging in its approach to print.

My Face My Body - taking a successful UK publisher to Hollywood and beyond

Requirement: My Face My Body, is the flagship brand for Handi Media, which dominates the UK specialist cosmetic and aesthetic beauty sector with online, print and events portfolio. They were looking to expand and re-shape for international development and investment.

Outcome: The business expanded into the USA, Australia and China and has a franchising and licensing model for all its media. A professional membership type body was put together focused on customer service that is now receiving strong uptake within the sector.
